These terms are between you and Access Patrol, Incorporated for your use of Academy. Security and firearms-safety training courses, classes, certificates and student progress.

• Keep your sign-in details private.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Each course has its own minimum age rule. If you are not sure whether you meet it, ask us before you enroll.

• Enrollment is subject to course availability, scheduling and instructor confirmation.

• Do not try to reach records, accounts or features you are not allowed to use.
• Do not share your password or sign-in codes.
• Do not try to get around access controls.
• Do not pretend to be someone else or give false information.
• Do not upload files that contain malware.
• Do not scrape or bulk-export data you are not allowed to export.
• Do not test the security of the app without written permission.
• Do not use the app for anything unlawful.

• Academy is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
• Completing Academy training does not guarantee state licensing, employment or deployment eligibility. Official certification and licensing need review by the right authorities.
• A support message does not confirm enrollment, certification, completion, payment status or credential approval.

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You enter card details on Stripe's page. Academy does not store card numbers.
