Refunds and cancellations

• Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are reviewed by Academy staff. A payment, a refund request or a cancellation request does not guarantee a refund, course access, scheduling, completion or certification.
• A refund can be for the full amount or for part of it. Staff choose a standard reason for each decision.
• A request can also end with no refund, with the decision deferred, or with a note that a refund is not available.
• An approved refund is sent back through Stripe to the payment you made.
• Each decision and refund is recorded in the audit log.
• If you booked through Instructor Reese and the booking came with Academy course access, a refund of that booking closes that course access. Progress and certificates already issued are not touched.
